At the request of the owner / client, I am willing to provide the following
additional services:
- Monitoring and collection services for the coordination of bid proposals
for construction.
- Reproduction of drawing package and distribution of drawings for
construction / materials bids.
- Review of bids for accuracy and completeness in compliance to
construction document package.
- Recommendations to the owner / client for final selection of contractors
/ suppliers.
- Implementation / research / coordination of any final selections for any
specific material or product specification into the construction document
package.
- Coordination with the owner / client and the building professionals as a
team player regarding the subject of selections and any construction matters
that may arise.
- Supplemental drawings during construction for change orders or items
requiring further clarification.
- To be the owner / client-appointed person of authority over all matters
of aesthetics and design.
