Garage & master bedroom suite addition and remodeling – Sterling, Ohio
This project involved the design of an aesthetically pleasing
/ economical solution
for the addition of a second floor master bedroom suite. The existing 1-car
garage was
demolished in order to build the new 2-car garage with a spacious storage / work
area.

As in many building addition projects, one of the primary goals for this project
was to create a harmonious co-existence between the existing and new structure.
Two dormers and a front entry gable prevent the new addition from dominating the
aesthetics of the front of the house.
